HW – Humanities Wing – The Meeting Place (Main Space)

EV – Environmental Science & Chemistry Building – Main Space

IC – Instructional Centre – Main Space

IA – Sam Ibrahim Building – Lower-Level Main Space

N – Harmony Commons – Dining Hall

Each morning and after every lunch, groups will be led to their workshops by a Klironomia Committee member from the Student Residence Centre and Harmony Commons respectively.

Group leaders are responsible for ensuring punctual workshop attendance of their group members. The organizing committee will not be responsible for participants’ attendance.  They are also responsible for ensuring that all of their members stay within their groups assigned as each class is at maximum capacity.

No guests or chaperones are permitted in the workshops.  As the dance spaces are not enclosed, we kindly request that everyone respect this conference policy.

During seminars, it is encouraged for all participants to wear their Klironomia t-shirts to be easily visible.  There are other students on campus, and we want to ensure everyone finds their workshops.

The Klironomia Hellenic Folklore in Canada Dance Conference, its elected supervisors, volunteers, and its designated drivers, will take every precaution for the safety of every participant, chaperone, instructor, and musician. They will not be responsible for any individual or group supervision for the duration of or following the workshops.

Instructional Video / Educational Materials

The instructional reference video with the regions’ dance instructions will be available via download after the conference. QR codes will be provided at registration and at individual workshops providing the itinerary, seminar music, and educational materials of the regions.
