General Parking Information
University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC or U of T) parking enforcement is monitored by Toronto Police. U of T and Klironomia Hellenic Folklore in Canada (Klironomia) will not be responsible for any parking-related matters. All participants, chaperones, volunteers, and guests must adhere to U of T’s parking regulations for the duration of their stay or visit.
RESIDENT PARKING
Conference participants and chaperones staying on campus are required to register with Conference Services in the Student Residence Centre. Temporarily park in Lot C to register your vehicle.
Included in overnight accommodations and on a first-come, first-served basis:
Lot “B Ring Road” parking spots are available by the south residences using a Parking Swipe Card. If there are not any parking spots available by the residences, overflow parking is available using the same swipe card by Harmony Commons in Lot G at no charge.
NON-RESIDENT AND GENERAL PARKING
For those not staying overnight on campus residences or visiting for the day, parking is available for a fee in Lots A, C, or D. Pay & Display machines are found in Lots A and C.
Please Note – Paid parking after 6pm on Friday, May 15th is valid until end of day Monday, May 18th as per Parking Services and must be displayed on the dash of the vehicle each day.
For Klironomia events on Friday, May 15th prior to 6pm, parking must be paid up to 6pm.
SWIPE CARDS AND FEES
Each person who receives a Parking Swipe Card is responsible for its use and care.
Lost or cards not returned at the end of the conference will be charged $10.00 CAD to the credit card provided.
